A leader is kind and passionate about his people as this pushes him to find ways to improve the lives of the people. A leader should also be able to inspire others to be confident in him and know that they are in good hands.
In a time of crisis, a leader must stay calm and analise the situation clearly. He must priortise the urgency of which situation must be resolved first. The leader must inspire others to be confident that they will be able to get through the ordeal and that he is doing his all to help them.
